Web-Based Reporting
Keeping track of the installation progress across multiple locations is a snap with our exclusive web-based project reporting tool. Our clients can login to their unique project tracking page on our website and immediately see the status of each location within their project. Clients can download a project-wide status report as an excel file, or browse the status of any individual project location online. Our project tracking tool is always up-to-date, and available anywhere, anytime.
Photos of Install Progress
As our installers complete work at each location, they snap several photos of the installation and promptly upload the photos into our web-based reporting software. Our installers will also photograph and upload the installation signoff sheet, and include any relevant notes concerning the current location. All of this information is immediately available for client review within our web-based reporting system. This provides our clients with a visual confirmation that each and every installation has been completed as expected. Photos and notes from each location can also be downloaded as a compressed zip file for offline review or archiving.
Real-Time Alerts
Our clients can choose to be alerted immediately via email whenever an installation location has been updated or completed. Each alert allows the client a real-time opportunity to review new installation photos and notes as their project progresses.
